SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. CLEAR BOUNDARY OF CORPORATE ACCOUNTABILITY Nexum Enterprises acts strictly as a product design, manufacturing, quality control, and secure transit packaging facility. Our institutional responsibilities are restricted to the following boundaries:

  • Operational Hand-Off Clause: Nexum Enterprises is exclusively responsible for the internal formulation, meticulous pouring, structural drying, safe packaging, and successful handover of your ordered candles and household products to our authorized third-party delivery partners (courier agencies).

  • Transit Phase Responsibility: Once a package is securely logged, scanned, and placed into the physical possession of the delivery service partner, the operational responsibility for physical transit, routing optimization, safety, and delivery execution lies entirely with that third-party courier agency.

2. COMPLETE FREIGHT AND SHIPPING FEE LIABILITY We enforce a strict out-of-pocket logistics policy across our digital store:

  • Prices Exclusive of Delivery: All catalog pricing represents the raw item cost alone. No logistical margins or transit parameters are padded into our base product rates.

  • Customer-Paid Shipping: The entire shipping and logistics fee must be paid by the customer at the checkout screen. This fee is automatically generated based on the destination distance, regional zone, and package volumetric metrics.

  • Prepaid Freight Processing: All freight fees must be settled digitally in tandem with product checkout. Nexum Enterprises will not process, dispatch, or release any consignment until both product value and the associated logistics fees are paid in full.

3. FULFILLMENT TIMELINES AND EXPECTED DELIVERY SQUEEZE Because our candles are artisanal and often individually hand-poured, processed, and checked, please note our standard scheduling blocks:

  • Internal Manufacturing & Processing Window: 2 to 4 Business Days from Order Confirmation.

  • Courier Dispatch & Handover: Within 24 Hours post-manufacturing completion.

  • Domestic Transit Window: 4 to 7 Business Days (Varies by Destination Pin Code).

Upon physical handover of your package to the courier service provider, an automated digital dispatch notification comprising a unique Tracking Airway Bill (AWB) number will be sent to your registered email address and cellular number. Customers can track their packages directly using the third-party courier's digital portal.

4. DELIVERY DISCREPANCIES AND FORCE MAJEURE Nexum Enterprises cannot be held legally liable for delay occurrences induced by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, uncontactable recipient phone numbers, remote geographic limitations, or regional transit delays triggered by unexpected weather anomalies, civic actions, strikes, lockdowns, or relevant Force Majeure developments.
